Account Deletion Policy

How to Request Account Deletion

  • In-App: Go to Account > Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Email Request: Send an email to [admin@avitam.in] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, and include your registered name, phone number, or email.


Processing Time

  • Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt.


Effects of Account Deletion

  • All personal data, including academic records and payment history, will be permanently deleted.

  • You will lose access to course materials and certificates.

  • Any ongoing enrollments or services will be canceled immediately.
